Content published on CanTrust may be visible publicly. You should not submit confidential, private, sensitive, or unlawful content. We are not responsible for content submitted by users or third parties.
Prohibited Conduct

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, trade secrets, regulated data, or content you do not have permission to share.

CanTrust may offer paid submissions, sponsored listings, subscriptions, or other paid features. Prices, benefits, availability, and approval criteria may change over time.
Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, payments may be non-refundable once a paid service, listing review, sponsorship, or publication process has begun. Paid submission does not guarantee approval unless expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanTrust and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to CanTrust will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim or USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CanTrust and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of CanTrust, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
